Welcome to Marshy! These terms govern your use of our app. By using Marshy, you agree to these terms.

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Marshy
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person
• Provide accurate information during signup

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Share authentic, unedited moments
• Respect others' privacy and content
• Be kind and respectful to all users
• Not use Marshy for commercial purposes
• Not share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

Content Ownership

You own your content. When you share photos or videos on Marshy, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content to your chosen friends
• Provide core app functionality
• Improve our services

We will never use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Content Deletion

Photos and videos are automatically deleted 30 days after sharing. If you delete your account, all your content is permanently removed from our servers within 48 hours.

Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Scrape or collect user data

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

Marshy is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
